Processing Time
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after the payment is processed. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.
Delivery Time
For US nationwide, We deliver through all 50 states. All orders should arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
Note: The above shipping times are calculated by using calendar days. This is a general guide and delays maybe caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.
Return Policy
1. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (i.e., the date listed on your receipt). Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. All products must be returned to Fitindex in original condition. You may incur charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, misassembly, missing parts, or accidents.
3. If you need to return or exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and restocking fees (15% of item original price) in Fitindex’s sole discretion based on the nature and condition of the product being returned or exchanged, as well as any other terms of Fitindex’s policies.
4. If a refund or replacement is required due to product quality issues, we will cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.
Return Procedure
1. If you need to return or exchange, please get in touch with us at support@fit-index.com, and provide us with your order number and the return reason.
2. If the request for a return or exchange does not comply with the terms above, Fitindex will not authorize the return or exchange. If you do not contact us first and you return the product without Fitindex’s express authorization, we will not be responsible for the loss of goods, and we will not authorize a refund.
3. To avoid any extra charges, please include all original packing materials, manuals, complimentary gifts, and accessories with the product.
Once your return or exchange is received, we will inspect the item and notify you if your request to return or exchange the item was ultimately approved or denied. If everything checks out, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note: You will receive the refund in the original form of payment in approximately 7-10 business days.
